Supabase manages sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery, and session refresh.

Database rules allow owners to edit and invited members to view recipes and lists.

Recipes and lists are saved in Supabase with Row Level Security. Each save is applied as one transaction.

Add a member’s confirmed email to grant read access. Removing it blocks future reads. Members can refresh to see new shares.
